Problogger is currently number 16 on Ad Age's list of 150 Power Blogs. Problogger is successful because they have made themselves a trusted resource for blogging advice. I recently started my own fashion blog and I have been using Problogger frequently for tips and advice. I really like Problogger author, Darren Rowse's straight forward writing style. His posts are very easy to follow.

 For the past week or so I have been following the Hubspot: Inbound Internet Marketing Blog, currently number 15 on the Adage Power 150. This blog is a great resource for Internet and Social Media Marketing. It has informed me quite a bit on the subject of internet marketing including the definitions for Inbound and Outbound Marketing. After researching a variety of different blogs, and reading up some on some tips for search engine optimization there is one key that I feel is the most important thing that will distinguish one site from another when using search engines. When someone first searches an item using a search engine, there are so many different options that come up. Some are sponsored links and, for the most part, the other options that appear are the most popular choices based on the chosen algorithm based on your terms and how the engine works. With these choices right there on the screen, the most important content about your site is there. In order to most effectively optimize a website, it is important to have a very effective, but concise and short introduction to your site. It is important to accurately describe your content in a very informative way, but it must be true because you do not want to cloak your site by using false descriptions that will make it so a user may reach your website and realize that the content is nothing like the description.
